I have to say I was very surprised at how good the cereal is, I was eating it right out of the box when I got it home and I was having everyone try it. I've really been checking labels lately - especially on cereal where it's easiest to incorporate whole grains. I've also started to bake more of our bread and I try to pack as many whole grains as possible into them.
